Overall – this is a good product. However, the Connect Tank malfunctioned and I had to get a new one within a few weeks of getting our G Pen. Treat the tank carefully, if you knock the plate off balance, it will no longer work and it cannot be fixed.

I’ve owned a few G Pen products over the years and they have always functioned well and help up good, as long as you use them as directed and clean them properly. Recently I had to contact customer service for a replacement under warranty and was taken care of with respect in a timely manner.
