caliburn g latest iteration in the popular Caliburn series.This elegant, pocket friendly device comes with improved grip, interchangeable airflow and a choice of coils to suit different styles of vaping.

Part of the popular Caliburn Series, the Uwell Caliburn G builds on the popular original with a larger battery capacity for longer vaping between charges.

The Uwell Caliburn G pod comes with a dual airflow design, which allows you to switch between a loose and airy vape or a tight and restricted inhale similar to the experience of smoking. The airflow can be easily adjusted by changing the position of the pod.

The Caliburn G also comes with a choice of coils which allows you to choose the style of vaping that suits your preference. The 0.8Ω coil is best for larger clouds of vapour and works well with increased airflow, while the 1.0Ω coil provides a stronger throat hit and an experience closer to that of smoking a cigarette.

What e-liquid can you use in the Caliburn G Kit?

The 1 Ω coils are best used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio in the region of 50:50, such as Halo Vapour Co. The 0.8 Ω coils can be used with e-liquids with a VG:PG ratio between 50:50 to 70:30.

Is the Caliburn G a Mouth-to-Lung device?

The 1 Ω coils, when used with the tighter airflow settings, offer a Mouth-to-Lung inhale. The 0.8 Ω coils combined with the more open airflow settings, offer a restricted Direct-Lung vape.

What is the difference between Mouth-to-Lung (MTL) and restricted Direct-Lung (RDL) vaping?

In Mouth-to-Lung vaping you inhale vapour and hold it in your mouth for a moment before inhaling again for the vapour to reach your lungs. In Direct-Lung (DL) vaping you inhale in one continuous breath into your lungs.

With restricted Direct-Lung vaping, you inhale in the same way as DL, but you don’t require as much airflow over the coil. The flavour experience is similar to DL, but the throat hit is more similar to MTL. See MTL v DL for more information.

How long does the coil last?

Coil life depends on many factors, including how long you puff for, the e-liquid you use and the wattage you use your coil at. Low resistance coils, such as the 0.8 Ω coil, which are used at higher wattages, will not last as long as higher resistance coils such as the 1 Ω coil.

You can extend coil life by priming the coil before usage (see product care), by using e-liquid with the right VG:PG ratios, by not going above the recommended wattage and by topping up your tank so that the coil never dries out. With care, these coils should last anything from one to several weeks.

Some of the reviews were pretty rough, but based of said reviews, it looks like they’ve started to turn it around over the past year. I was pleased, a week or so after I ordered it came in and everything worked fine. And it was about half the price the local vape shop wanted.

I now have two of these, so I can have one charging while I am using the other. The battery lasts all day. If I use 50/50 blend juice, the coil lasts for 2 weeks.

I have one that won’t charge anymore, after being trusty and true for 6 months.

The best compact vape for salts I’ve tried. Makes Juul seem like a little cheap pieces of garbage. A little bigger, but no usual need to recharge through the day like the latter. I recommend Mighty Mint salt nic if you haven’t tried and were a regular smoker who is not into the fruity flavors.

The original Caliburn has been my favorite device since I got one. I was wondering if this would be that much better. No worries. It is a real step up.
